Which of the three is the least expensive and which of the three produces the best results (Constantly qualifying and reaching at least the quarter finals of World Cup Age competitions), or which of the three satisfies both the cost and the best results.
(1) Identify 50 youths, train, nourish and educate them for years.
(2) Identify 50 coaches (under age 50) and educate them on the game of football at the highest level with the emphasis to discover, develop and train football players at the different age groups for the International stage.
(3) Hire a highly qualified coach (a top coach at LaFontaine for example)to implement an all island training course to teach the coaches the intricacies of coaching at the highest level while teaching/training the players of the different age groups. He may or may not coach the National team.
