    Fine!
If he brings that he is no good!

He has to change before he become a good player.

    The player is the player!

It is the total package that is assessed and then found either GOOD FOR TEAM or NOT GOOD FOR TEAM!

Since being human no one person has the complete package...it is all about how much of a package we bring.

If the player because of behaviour is a 'negative drag' on/to TEAM. Then he is not a good player...for TEAM. Another person with poorer technical and tactical attributes may be a better player for TEAM...and thus is, as fact, better player!

I think it is what too many of our players and our spectators fail to understand. They think the technical ability...the ability to perform as 'popping fools' means they are good players. Nothing could be further from the truth! TEAM...TEAM aims...realising TEAM aims...contributing to realising TEAM aims...the degree of assistance provided in achieving TEAM goals...decides if a player is good or bad. If the contribution takes away from realisation of TEAM goals - player is just not good...not good for self...not good for TEAM!

Jawge Nandi is okay where he is and like everyone else he too will have to work and fight for his place.

My grouse is that we want the players to show capacity in a vacuum without researching and finding out how its done and then applying those methods to our players.

Its like we think it can't be done so why bother and its our players who are at fault

Until we give it our all and put together a system of teaching how do we know if our players have the capability if we haven't given them a chance

Nandi is a distraction right now as I want more understanding of what we think about the brain of our youngsters

Do we think that we are teaching them as best as we can and we can't do better with our resources?

Though it cost you all you have get understanding .... Proverbs

Ras mi agree wid yuh but right now
Nandi have the misfortune of being framed. As soon as he can destroy that framing demon he is welcome to the Rboyz family (the Prof. is building a family). So mi see it boss.

Has anyone ever done an interview with Nandi to hear things from his side?

Have a track sports psychologists gentleman who would be willing to speak to our players.

The mental aspect of the game can be taught like anything else.

Sometimes we have to step back and ask ourselves if we are doing everything that we can to better our situation before complaining that we don't have money.

We can work on the mentals on an ongoing basis so why not?
We can work on speed and fitness training so why not?

Its because we don't believe and time is passing us by as now the white man believes and he is going to Jamaica to pluck out our raw talent and refine them right before our eyes while we are stuck on stupid still wondering if our players have the mentals.

Though seeing they will not understand
Its the word fullfilling right before our eyes.

The mind frame of waiting for that savior to come down and redeem us is so ingrained that its no use arguing. Its more about gaining understanding in why we think that way.

I guess it was that white Jesus on grandma's wall.
That thing affected us more than we thought

    respect

Is this what you mean is that a) kid had the technical skills; b) but was not a good defender as he was hurting rather than helping the team.

You cannot be good at defending or attacking if what you are about is anti-TEAM. The entire aim...the only aim of play is TEAM....helping TEAM to accomplish TEAM goals!

Players cannot accomplish much if TEAM does not accomplish as much as it can!

I agree. This part is also very important:
"who Simoes want to push to the limit." I think the Prof. has something this time around.

Well as a fan from where I stand: I
think the JFF has hired an expert from Brasil to qualify us. When the expert from Brasil speaks I will listen.

    Nuff said.
