So I took the phone and I talked to the guy at the hotel and I told him I am a Brazilian coach and that I would guarantee him that when we left his hotel he would thank me a lot, and the guy took the risk.

How about a Adopt a Coach program.
* Ask for sponsorship to educate 14 coaches( 1 for each parish ) parish to have
* 7 UEFA (A) or equivalent standard liscene
* 7 UEFA (B) or equivalent standard liscene
Or 12 coaches with said standard for the RSPL , to be achieved every 5 years.
