An explosion this morning at Falk Corporation, which makes large castings (especially gears) for heavy machinery, killed 3 people and injured 46. Falk says all employees have been accounted for. A propane leak is suspected. The explosion broke windows in store frontsa mile away.
The warehouse where the 11,000 gallon propane tank was located was being evacuated when the explosion occurred.
