    Minister of Justice and Attorney General Dorothy Lightbourne, seeking help in reading? ...as she is not certain the Constitution (the law) gives her power to sign or not to sign extradition requests although any second grader who read the relevant sections of the Constitution would know she has that right?

    Surely what she is requesting is a ruling on her right as it relates to the signing of extraditions and not a ruling on whether to exercise that right solely or even as it relates to Mr. Coke?

    I wonder if she is trying to tell us that she has never signed an extradition order before...

    ---unfortunately we know she did sign in the past ---

    ...and when she signed she knew not whether she had the right to sign or not sign?
