    wouldn't make a difference because all JLP will vote against it and all PNP will vote for it. the JLP has more seats so therefore the outcome will always favour them.

    The no confidence vote was absolutely justified to place the Opposition's viewpoint on record.... a viewpoint shared by many Jamaicans...perhaps even a majority.

    no jlp is gonna vote for it .. it tells you they are grandstanding and have either too much time on hand or dont care about the matter at hand. Even if they could get the numbers you would not want to change now.. funny enough i heard buntin say something to that effect and now they did it.. leadership or the lack of it has it rewards

    If we follow the comments of some of the posters on this site we would think is only idiots live in Jamaica....always good to get sm other views...even if it is from...those social insects....from the Termitidae...

    Patrick Manning - the EX - PM of Trinidad & Tobago called an early election (2.5 yrs) because he didn't know what would have been the outcome of no-confidence vote EVEN though he had a significant majority in Parliament.
    Well the PEOPLE spoke and spoke LOUDLY as he is now also EX- Party Leader and not even Leader of the Opposition in Parliament.
    What you think will be the outcome in the unlikely event that an election was called now?
