    Dudus' brother Livity remanded again
To return to court on September 10

LEIGHTON 'Livity' Coke, the brother of Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, was remanded in custody when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court this morning.

Coke is expected to return to court on September 10.

He is charged with illegal possession of a firearm and shooting with intent.

The police accused Coke of firing at the security forces during their offensive against criminals who had barricaded themselves in Tivoli Gardens in order to prevent the police from serving an arrest warrant on his elder brother on May 25.

He has been in custody since July 1 when he was taken in to the police by the Reverend Al Miller.
