I have to give credit to Bruce for going through Brady to Manhatt to US without anything on Jamaican letter head. I would advise against jumping for Joy. The US government is very good at catching people who break the laws without leaving any paper trail.

did you miss the part were I am questioning your assertion ?

Don answer the question, 'the questioning is ridiculous.' How could MPP be representing the JLP (or Dudus) in treaty negotiations (meaning Govt to Govt agreements) with the US Government with respect to Dudus without acting in a government capacity?

Let get ridiculous and assume that MPP was representing the JLP in treaty negotiations and lets take Bruce word for it that this is what he agreed to. Once Bruce or the JLP is no longer acting in a govt roles does n't that mean Bruce or the JLP was interfering in a criminal matter?
