One hopeful sign is that we have a very weak 1 seat guvvament that is walking on egg shells and is not doing any overt harm. Dem a bit timid though.

Weak guvvament is currently in our best interest.

Both appear clueless regarding how to address crime though.

Things appear to be back to being as bad as they have ever been. The biggest problem is that there is little fear of being caught much less convicted.

AT least 10 people were shot dead across the island and three injured, including a 10-month-old baby and a 15-year-old boy, on Monday.

Among them was 21-year-old Chevron Green, who was shot and killed on Spanish Town Road in the vicinity of a gas station and Tavares Gardens (Payneland) at approximately 2:30 pm. It is alleged that the two people who were injured during the incident — one of them a 15-year-old boy — were the perpetrators of the crime.

On the heels of the Payneland shooting, 32-year-old Joseph Kelly, also known as 'Joe Bleach'; 20-year-old Nicholas Lindsey; and 17-year-old Daniqueca Graham were killed, while a 10-month-old baby was injured in Cockburn Gardens.
