fact is some without license succeed so it while it is good to have education and get it, nothing is written in stone. Tappa played at the highest level and had some exposure and education in the game, so stop beat up the man everyday about European licenses. He has been in some pro locker rooms and has been assistant to two world cup coaches. You know how many European qualified coaches would like to have that?

Who said they are, but I am looking at it from best practices from a 1st world economy to be implemented in a third world economy, our resources will have to prioritise what comes 1st.

I believe we would get more if we had our (own) educated coaches at the highest level running the program, it woud save us millions or billions in Jamaica currency , every 4 years. To invest in a forgein coach every 4 years at our Fifa stipend US $1mill is a waste, when we could invest in 4 coaches to procure the UEAFA A level or its standard to run the program on a long term basis.

E.g - white jesus was rumoured to be paid between 1 mil us ,if we had Tappa at the UEAFA ( a) level he would be happy with 250k in a WC campaign. We could incentivise it, where as , when we are not in a WC campaign , their salaries could be US 50k per year , for those running the Senior, U23,20,18 etc program, all we need is 4 coaches at that level.

2nd they should be required to conduct coaching seminars on best practices across the Island on an creditation basis, meaning only coaches who attend can coach in JA.

Of course all those seeking accreditation have to pay for it.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

USAF, really have to congratulate The Union for the comprehensive job they are doing with Blake.
He has improved in every single aspect of goalkeeping.
The benefits of a formal education are undeniable.
Snatched up from early, may very well be perspective altering as to quality of schoolboy football despite..
