    With local coronavirus transmission rising, it is reported that India has moved to stage 3 of COVID-19. Five of the ten people reported to be positive in Maharashtra today got the infection through local transmission, says state Health Minister Rajesh Tope said.     I really believe Jamaica has a problem that's under the radar. Until they start proactively testing the population, instead of reactively waiting for sick foreigners to turn up at hospitals, we are at risks. I understand the economics of being bruk,but it needs to be addressed when testing becomes more economically viable.

    The question needs to be at least asked.
