I can't change the display mode it's like the button is inactive or something.

What display mode do you want BT? It is set to threaded by default as we had in the previous forum. If you want the flat display, you just select it and it should change. It works for me so far.
BTW, have you selected the "display mode" link and chosen from the options there?

I don't know what they are called but I want to see every post in the thread not just the responses to the particular post I have clicked on. The DISPLAY MODE button doesn't work for me but that's probably because I'm not using crappy INTERNET EXPLORER
