Christopher Dawes-Former-Player squad

At twenty-six years of age, Christopher Dawes is now a veteran of the Jamaica national football team, the Reggae Boyz. He is a World Cup veteran, having represented Jamaica in the World Cup tournament in France. Dawes is often times given a dual role while playing for Jamaica, midfield and defense. Of late, he has seen more time in the sweeper's role, and has done the job with a fair degree of success.

The Kingston born Dawes, played club football in Jamaica for Galaxy FC, before signing with the MLS in two thousand and now turns out for the Colorado Rapids.

A cool and calm customer even under pressure, Dawes is not the quickest of players, but he is a player that reads the game fairly well and gets himself into good position, often times breaking up attacks and starting one of his own. A good passer of the ball, a decent man-marker and a very disciplined individual, Christopher Dawes is a solid and dependable. He is a very useful player for any coach to have in his side.
