Cornel Chin-Sue
-Senior squad
Cornel Chin-Sue is a midfielder who was reintroduced to the Reggae Boyz team, as technical director Carl Brown tried to add some muscle to his engine room. Known to be a good tackler and a very capable man marker, Chin-Sue is considered a midfielder that is made of 'sterner stuff'. As one Reggae Boyz fan aptly puts it,
'Cornel is blood, sweat and no tears. He adds steel to the Reggae Boyz middle'
.
Chin-Sue has underscored his value to the team by turning in creditable performances in his first match against Barbados in March 2003 and then again in his game against St. Lucia in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Qualifier where he scored in a 5-0 routing of the Caribbean counterpart. This player seems intent on stepping up to the mantle and making this anchor midfielder role his own.
