Michael Johnson-Former-Player squad

A defender called to the Reggae Boyz squad during Brazilian Rene Simoes' era. A speedy player and a good reader of the game, Johnson adds depth and experience to an otherwise young and inexperienced back-line.

Johnno was not included in the plans of Clovis de Oliveria, another Brazilian who took over from Simoes as Reggae Boyz technical director.

With the appointment of new Jamaican technical director Carl Brown,
Johnson has been recalled to the squad and hopes to play a vital role in
helping the Reggae Boyz in their quest of making it to the Germany 2006
World Cup.
