INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ISSUESWe are not of the opinion that enough attention has been paid to the issues related to patents and copyrights. Such issues affect the ability of the JFF to earn money. Logos and trademarks (not only of the national teams but of the clubs as well) can be significant sources of revenues. However, these issues have to be managed by persons who are conversant with such matters. |
