You have no idea just how much I was looking forward to seeing Shelly-Ann, Sherone, Kerron and VC run around the Bird's Nest again with our flag!! Even now, I'm still a bit down, and I suspect I will be for a long time!

Anyway, after posting that comment earlier today, I inserted my videotape into the player, pressed record, and forced myself to watch!

Well, what else can I say, except that for once in a long time, I made the BEST decision!! (LOL)

Thank god they played it safe, the women really messed up. like usain said in the 100 run for gold dont bother think bout no record, they could have jogged and won that race and made sure the baton was handled with care. Cho!!!
