THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

I would hope she is not as dumb as Don Quarrie was 33 years ago and forget about the people in the outer lanes. She needs to just execute and run...RUN! There are people all around her who could spring a surprise.

What a lineup! All the women, except Aileen, have gone below 11 seconds!!! And only 2 have not done so this year!

Is Jeter in such great form she can recover sufficiently from setting her PB in the semi-final to run sub-10.8 in the final.

Based on what we saw in the semi-final it will take 10.78 or faster to win tonight and set the WR (to hell with the 10.49).
Solidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.

10.73 SAF, 10.75 for Kerron. Shelley had to hang on. Commentator said Kerron's start was the 2nd slowest of all the runners. Feel it for her that was her race.

Yes, but in the sprint relay, I don't expect us to be chasing anyone! Apart from the first leg to make up the stagger.
