my only concern is with our women relay teams... 4x1 and 4x4 not looking too strong as yet... what i saw is we need to practice our exchanges... men and women passes were poor... that sherone simpson to kerron stewart was poor and the ks to aleen was equally poor...

aleen looked the best of the women on the track... looks like she is working and in great shape... hope she can secure a place at trials cause she is a relay animal... a real fighter...
