    100-meter dash (men): Usain Bolt
    100-meter dash (women): Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce

    BRONZE MEDALS:
    100-meter dash (men): Nesta Carter

    Other final event results
    100-meter dash (women): Kerron Stewart (5th)

    400-meter race (women): Stephanie McPherson (4th); Novlene Williams-Mills (8th).

    110 - meter hurdles (men): Andrew Riley (8th)

    LJ - (men): Damar Forbes (12th). Jumped 8:25meters

      Karl, the LJ final is on Friday. Forbes has only qualified for that event.

            No, that was pre meet, hoping we could get bolt on last lap. We can run with them until last lap, if we had Bolt and meritt was in regular good shape which I was hoping for then we possibly had a chance, but meritt is in superb, imperial style form, cannot really challenge that at this time.
