      Infamous?

Infidelity does not consist in believing, or in disbelieving; it consists in professing to believe what he does not believe. Thomas Paine

But with the management team rallying around them for their commended efforts, the 15-17 girls' team of Angara Sinclair, Michelle Dols, Ivana Chang and Leanne McMaster clocked 9:08.06 minutes for bronze in the 4x200-metre freestyle relay.

Hmmm...not sure I see a problem there, Jangle. Care to point out the error or clumsiness?

              Yes!

Infamous means famous for the wrong reasons. I don't believe that is what the writer wanted to convey.

In high school, my Anglo-phile English teacher told us that you could take your language cues from the BBC. They never make mistakes, she declared. Not sure if that is true today.

But what is certain, don't ever tell someone that, "is so it go because yuh hear the news anchor on TVJ or radio seh suh!"

              Quiz next week!
