    RE: RB bounce back

That was our almost good team!

    There is our good aggregation!

    There is our better aggregation!

...and then...there is our best TEAM!

If you were thinking we were not a force in the CFU and CONCACAF region you would have been sadly mistaken...and, with good back office support - when Boxhill leaves -we shall be a force in World Football!

...to the TOP OF THE WORLD!

    FORWARD!!!

...and, there you are wrong! It takes a TEAM effort to get good performances on the field. Let us take for granted that the individual players have the necessary talent...it is fact, that we have the talent...to individuallyblend into good TEAM...the first and most important TEAM player is the FA!

If that back office TEAM is lousy the end result will be no TEAM in a tournament or lousy TEAM in that tournament. The most crucial part of being prepared for a tournament such as a WORLD CUP is the organisation and support given by that FA!

The FA selects the technical staff...provide funding...and, all other good things that technical staff and the players need to be mentally and physically prepared torepresent well! Asses in the back office - TEAM is never made! Nation goes exactly 'no-where'!

Unfortunately we have had asses/incompetents in the back office for much too long during our years of being involved in football!

Karl, if NPL players continue to get exposure they will impress foreign coaches, even when the TEAM fails, as is the case of Luton regarding the string of embarrassing games in England, also having more players playing abroad renders more options for various positions.

Bottom line, chemistry will then be given the respect it demands..

For this fan, it is all about bussing the Lutons, whilst achieving the basic(otherwise it is a regression).
