He has been charged twice .. once for Bolton and one for Portsmouth. I've seen the Empire drop points and he stated it was a fair result .... tell me when Wenger ever duh that.

Against Bolton Kevin Davis almost killed Evra ...and the ref forgot he had a yellow card. Against Pompey Diara fouled every tackle he made, Distan took out Ronaldo in the box ... nothing isn't Fergie allowed to express himself? However despite that him hasn't blamed those losses on bad calls, he made the players know that their wastefulness was the cause.
