That Dutch team is just a very well coached team
Yes there is some talent but the coach gets much credit from me for the selection and the way they play. You can see the drills from training during the game, the counter attacks, the defending and they way they posses the ball specially in the opponents half.
How did Marco van Basten stay under the radar for so long as a good coach.
Lesson for the JFF and specially Boxhill you don't need a bid name coach to do well in tournaments.Comment

I always that that a dutch coach might work wonders for us...I've wondered whether it would put a bit more disipline in our game and force us to work on areas where we are weak such as precision in shooting, passing etc..just a thoughtComment

Van Basten as a national coach has the advantage of his players all being coached by top tier coaches. A Jamaican national team coach affi a teach man the basics instead of focusing on tactics.
