Unfortunately...stop play. Get the security to remove the trainer from the grounds. Re-start play by droping the ball where the infringement occured.

...not too sure I am remembering 'right'...but I think if the infringement occur in the Goal-Area - that is where this incident occured - the ref takes the ball out towards the line parallel to the Goal-line - (what we call the 6yd line) - that forms a part of trhe boundary of the Goal-Area and drops it on that.
