Really goes to show how much confidence can affect a goalkeeper. Before he arrived at United, he was pretty solid.

Van de sars stint at Juve wasn't that great and after he left things went back to the way he was at Ajax.

I agree that some goakeepers sometimes have confidence issues. I remember Fabien Barthez and Mark Bosnich having a few bad games at United but Massimo Taibi takes the cake for the worst ever keeper at the theatre of dreams. This guy was just absolultely horrible at spotkicks, ball distribution and positioning himself in goal against freekicks.
