    The FIFA rankings isnt tabulated just like that with a win. There are many other variables involved.

      As HL said the win should give us a much needed jump in the Fifa rankings...
      At a young age winning is not the most important thing... the important thing is to develop creative and skilled players with good confidence.

          jamaica beat mexico...fancy that...who woulda thunk...? well we know who DIDN'T thunk!!

          why not play play mexico in a friendly......? I noticed the side included vela and dos santos....

            sure other things are involved, but the single most important thing you can do to climb the rankings is beat teams ranked above you. Having said that, the FIFA ranking is a sham at best. Can someone tell me what Barbados has done over the past 12 months to have jumped above Jamaica in the rankings? Suriname? Who have they beaten recently?
