    Fuller: Scored winner
Man of Match: Ricardo Fuller. Scored and hit the post in a match-winning performance for Stoke.

Moment of the match: Fuller's goal. Stoke and created the better chances but could not get the vital goal before the striker rose to head home Rory Delap's long throw.

Attempt of the match: Fuller's effort which hit the post. Substitute Michael Tonge put Fuller through with a great ball and the striker was unlucky not to score.

Save of the match: Thomas Sorensen's first minute save from Djibril Cisse. The striker shot from the left edge of the box but Sorensen dived down well to his right to gather at the near post.

Talking point: Can Stoke survive after lifting themselves out of the drop zone tonight?

Stoke climbed out of the relegation zone courtesy of Ricardo Fuller's goal against Sunderland at the Britannia Stadium.
Roy Keane's side were disappointing, offering little after the euphoria of the weekend win over Newcastle.
Instead the home side showed more desire to win and deservedly took the lead in the 73rd minute when Fuller outjumped Dean Whitehead to score from Rory Delap's long throw from the left.
Fuller then hit the right post after being played through by substitute Michael Tonge.

So what happen to big striker Jones who you can't compare Fuller to?

Fuller score another buckup header again?

I disagree. Every player in the EPL are good players. A player can be rated good or bad relative to the talent in the league, but that is a player comparison of a league with good players.
