The second half of Mexico vs. Honduras was supposed to have started. Mexico came out, buy Honduras did not.
The referee gave Mexico permission to go back to the dressing room.
Now, Honduras has come out for the second half.
Can the refere penalize Honduras?
In hockey, the scoreboard buzzer sounds 5 minutes before the end of intermission and again at 2 minutes. If the team is not on the ice or in the process of coming onto the ice when the buzzer sounds, the team gets a 2-minute penalty for delay of game.
