    Just wondered - where did this sudden inclusion of UB40s

    hlep the U-20 team. Is it possible that this was what caused the apparent loss of chemistry and team play, resulting in the disappointing scorelines?

    Just wondering.

    UB40s?
    I can only remember Sappleton? Who was...or were the others?

    On Sappleton and Ross-Doley?
    When they came on in Ft. Lauderdale they lifted the squad. ...but while they were willing to move and pass...they did not get entire squad to change and become 'tuned in to passing and moving...moving and passing'. It is true the squad attempted to do that 'passing and moving' ...but as I said the day after that match they did so for 5-10 minutes or thereabouts! ...as I said then...and as we all know, a game has 90 minutes of playing time

      Portmore a foriegn now?

      Doley was injured for the earlier rounds. That was why he was not in the team.

          Sappleton actually has a Jamaican birth certificate. He went to Englanf around 8 to 10 years old from what I understand. If that makes him UB40, then I an all-American.

            I think your clutching at straws here. I doubt that was the reason for failure. Poor Preparation and inferior coaching was more than likely the key ingredients to the team's failure.

            What I would personally like to see is continuity with youth teams. What's going to happen to some of these players now? Are they going to fall through the cracks like others past? When will the federation learn?
