Jamaica got the 3rd place for 1998 with 14 pts GD-5 ,
TnT got the 4th spot with 12 pts GD-5 in 2006,
Now in 2010 WCQ the 4th place point distribution could be 16 or 17 pts.
Jamaica came out luckily in the 1998 Hexagon .
By right 12 points suppose to land you a 4th place playoff .
