i say yes, if he wants to play in england. i think his mid season situation is different from fuller's because fuller was already in england playing very well with preston and had a better than average chance of coming into the epl with preston.
i think for luton, if england is the desired goal, then even if sheffield gets demoted (which they won't) he would still get a chance to showcase his talent there.
