Thank you. Those fancy juggling don't impress me, unless you can dweet with defenders on yuh back ... kinda like what Nani did to Arsenal a few years back.

Isnt it more likely that players who develop such good juggling ball control, will be able (in a propa match situation) to drop a skill, or do something different when something different is needed. Bet there was people sayin jus fancy tricks when Cruyff was practicing the famous cut back, and turn.

ok .... how many of those persons who do those circus tricks end of playing proper football? on 2 people i can think of were kerlon (the seal) and the shortlived bunnyhop by cuatohomec blanco (he tried it against the germans and...well let's say it was painful)

And how many players in England end up playin propa football jus because them big and can jus buss dem way thru a man, but have little/ no ball control. Isnt it how so many of the yoots first get picked-up in England jus because and reliant on the physicality of knocking smaller players ova.
By the way the bunny hop worked didnt it?

well he tried it once too many times against germany and it was a long long time before it was seen again.

and you are right about the english scene, emile hesky immediately springs to mind and that is why england is not close to winning any major competition any time soon.

Darn right. Survival of the physically strongest yoot tend to get thru to play at pro clubs, while the ones who have any skill/technique but dont yet develop the physique lose out. Trouble is when those bigger players who always rely on physical strength come up against a player who just as big/strong, thats when they're stuffed. You can work on building up a players physique/ strength, but if you have a player who have the strength and no ball control/technique can a club easily teach or build that?
