Spurs blew a 3-1 lead at Stamford Bridge on 11 March but Jenas believes his side can finish off the job at White Hart Lane.

He told BBC Sport: "We've beaten them at the Lane already this season when they had their strongest side out.

"They are an excellent team and we respect them but we don't think there is anything to be afraid of."

Jenas missed the first match with a groin injury but played in Saturday's 3-1 Premiership victory over Watford - in which he scored the opener.

He said: "We're playing really well at the moment, scoring a lot of goals and entertaining the fans, and we've got a great chance of winning at least one cup this season.

"It was disappointing to lose the first match against Chelsea after being 3-1 up but, given the amount of games we've been playing lately, tiredness is always going to kick in during the latter stages.

"Against Chelsea it's always going to be difficult to hold on because they pile on the pressure. Their manager Jose Mourinho basically went for all-out attack and it worked for him on the day.

"Hopefully we can reproduce the form we showed for the first hour at Stamford Bridge and this time go on to win."

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
