    <P class=StoryText align=justify>Immediate past president of the St Catherine Football Association, Lincoln 'Happy' Sutherland, will be honoured tonight at a special banquet of the Rotary Club of Spanish Town at the Hilton Hotel in Kingston.<P class=StoryText align=justify>The longest serving president of St Catherine Football Association, Sutherland, has not only contributed to the parish's football, but sports in general.<P class=StoryText align=justify>And even in retirement from the football administration, he is still active as he is current chairman of the Spanish Town Prison Oval Development Committee, a director of Caymanas Track Limited, life member of the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) and chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the St Catherine FA.<P class=StoryText align=justify>During his football administrative career, Sutherland has been president of the Jamaica Football Federation(1980-81), a board member of the JFF for 30 years, president for St Catherine Football Association for 42 years, a past chairman of the National Youth Service, a member of Jamaica Racing Commission for eight years and a board member of the GC Foster College.
