Unu so called football fans need to just relax....Jamaica doing poorly in this year's CFU is like Manchester United getting kicked out of the Carling Cup by a non league team...MEANINGLESS IN THE BIG PICTURE. Yes it would have been nice to see Jamaica in the Gold Cup again just to finish at best third...yes it would be nice to have an extra tournament to play in. But at the end of the day the goal of the tournament was to see who will be able to sneak in on the world cup qualification squad.

I am not a Tappa apologist but the man has brought the team farther in the qualification process than all the "licensed big name coaches" that tried the last 3 times since 98 give him a chance to build a structure and environment where players can grow instead of trying to please people who just want win now.
So all the man them that bawling bout Tappa should get fired

Actually it is not even remotely similar to your Carling cup example because too much was at stake in the tournament. We are no longer Kings of the Caribbean and worse yet we will not participate in the Gold Cup where, supposedly, the best of CONCACAF goes to play. The Caribbean Cup is our qualification for the Gold Cup. A more appropriate example would be England not winning a game and crashing out of the first round of Euro qualifications.

Too much is at stake in the Caribbean Cup. THE DATE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED SO THAT TEAMS CAN USE THEIR STRONGEST SQUADS OR GOLD CUP QUALIFICATIONS NEED TO CHANGE FOR THE CARIBBEAN TEAMS.
