Canada called to discuss our chances v Mexico. After commenting on our lack of preparation he asked about the "name tags". I was puzzled...until he explained that as the team had not played together before and with many newbies in the squad the game should be used as a getting to know you' meeting & greeting - each player should wear a 'name tag' .

There you go, we have mastered a new concept that should go far in the world of manufacturing and transportation and any thing process related, "JIT Planning"

Why spend all the time up front with practice games, getting guys to know each other, training at altitude, hell training all together, all overrated, just go with the wind and get a couple guys together like a scrimmage and bam, a new concept "just in time planning" saves a bag a money, no time wasting and really cuts the process time considerably.
