The culture is on wherein football as it should be played is embedded in the potential player from 'yeye deh a knee'=the passing and moving & moving and passing is ingrained!!! ...the technical skills are always employed with 'sensible purpose' in mind.

Unfortunately in our culture it is, 'tek im hooon'=technical skills being employed without rhyme or reason! ...no targeted end point as reason for that 'tek im hooon'!!! ...no TEAM goal in mind!!!
