  • First the ?Under 20's now this

Everyone's hopes were high, including the JFF themselves who it seemed focused most of their attention on getting the under-17s ready for this tournament. Then you go out and lose 3-0, polaying at home, to a team that you managed to beat 3-0 last year. So now we sitting at the bottom of the table. Dead last.

Either Boxhill justr plain salt, or him getting some really serious fight from Burrell (Right Mosiah and crew?)

USA and Costa Rica games coming up...(Trinidad too)...Can the youths bounce back? Was it all just hype? Come on kids, three places up fro Grabs, you are playing at home!

Of your ones in bold the below in bold played against Jamaica yesterday -

Greg Smith, Daniel Tannous, Olivier Lacoste Lebuis, Adam Straith, Devin Gunenc, Jarek Whiteman (Marcus Jonstone 83rd, Randy Edwini-Bonsu (Oleksandr "Alex" Semenets 62nd), Kyle Porter, William Hyde, Mohammed Sylla, Julien Latendresse-Levesque.

A few players could make a big difference...but, three players at this level can reduce us to Mosiah's "big kick and a hope"? I think not!

It would appear from Mosiah's words that we had not the experience of playing consistently...structured. Cho hell...let's call a spade a spade - based on Mosiah's conclusions, it appears our U-17s do not know how to play football!

Jamaica had their chances, very good ones too.. they capitalized on none of them.

Canada played good counter attacking ball. They have one yute.. Number 4.. he could star for Canada Senior side right now..

If it was not a sure thing last year. It is now. Boxhill's reign is definately over.

You really thought Jamaica had chances? How many one-on-ones with our keeper did Canada have? The score could have been 5-0! Remember, they hit the upright when they were up 1-0, to squits out our rocket that hit the crossbar.

We had to go at them since we were down, but I thought the Canadian counter attacks were very well done, led by the very good No. 4 youth.

I thought the coach took off the two best players on our side, Bonner and another yute, and our star, John-Ross Doyley was a faint shadow in the whole game. He should have been taken off, an act which might have led to a small riot in the stands by his many fans. The rest of us saw nothing coming from the fellow.

They have some serious work today. They can remain somewhat hopeful because Costa Rica and T&T actually looked very bad in the first game.
