1. Engage the BEST coach available and affordable IMMEDIATELY and get some practice games asap
2. Engagement is on a game by game basis. If the team begins to WIN in the Hex...fine.. the contract continues
3. If/when the RBZ team loses or draws and is eliminated... the coach is to be terminated IMMEDIATELY and ALL snow ballas sent packing IMMEDIATELY
4. Then engage the BEST AVAILABLE local coach for the remaining games using ONLY the BEST AVAILABLE local talent
5. The remainder of the tournament is to be used for exposure and blooding of a 2018 player cohort. In fact if the JFF was a sensible organization subject to forward planning...such a a local coach and local-based team would already be selected and undergoing orientation in anticipation of being called to combat duty
