Re: Updates U-17: Jamaica vs Costa Rica
Mosiah: Costa Rica scored at about the *70th minute.
The Costa Rica scored from a situation where it was 2 forwards vs approximately 5 defenders. A simple moving into space - the ball is passed - goal!
The Reggae Youth have created chances but...the chances came about from individual efforts rather than TEAM passing.
The Reggae Youth have not been playing "sensible football".
...but, it is only 1 goal.
Mosiah says, on the matter of the bookings of the Reggae Youth for Korea - "Do not have the Korean airline tickets confirmed just yet...hold on a minute".
*Sorry - He said about the 70th minute. I spoke to him about 20 minutes ago. The match should be over now - Let me put in another call!
Incidentally he says he has been sitting with Rico (RBSC Massive)and Vin Blaine (Immediate past JFF Women's coach).Last edited by Karl; May 2, 2007, 09:56 PM."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

USA beat Canada earlier, and it's over for the young boyz. Looks like Canada, Costa Rica & USA will go through.Winning means you're willing to go longer, work harder, and give more than anyone else - Vince Lombardi

Re: Updates U-17: Jamaica vs Costa Rica
Karl if we could steal sumthing from canada . I think we may have an advantage becaUse canada played 4 games straight. Ja should have at least tie costa rica as they had a rest day . If we could beat canada tomorrow we could steal sumthing. The first two games we were not outplayed in any way if just our finishing that has always been a problem. A victory not a draw is what tnt needs

Yes! beat Canada for us. We'll take care of our other two matches...as we also ensure we score many goals!Last edited by Karl; May 2, 2007, 10:49 PM."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
