  • Lets take a walk down memory lane.

London, Nov 1 - Manchester City star Yaya Toure has dismissed Manchester United's chances of defending their Premier League title as they are really struggling under new manager David Moyes according to him.

According to the Mirror, the Ivory Coast midfielder also singled out Liverpool as the main threat to the Blues this season.

Both Manchester clubs have lost three times already this season but seventh-placed City are two points above United, the report said.

Toure said that United would find it hard to defend the title since they have a new manager and are really struggling, adding that Liverpool is a big threat at the moment because they have a strong squad and their strikers, Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge, are scoring goals at will. (ANI)

    Da Tables!

    1. Arsenal - 25 pts

    2. Liverpool - 23

    3. Southampton - 22

    4. Chelsea - 21

    5. BoyU - 20

    6. Everton - 20

    7. Tottenham - 20

    8. ManCity - 19

    NB: 1st through 8th only 6 points.
As said previously - Interesting to see on end of the year where the teams sit in the tables.

Hey! ...look how 1 week-end has created 'flips'!!!

Still think ManCity shall be around at the business end as the season winds down...and BoyU to sit somewhere near 5th.

Do not think Spurs will be in the top 3...but surely some time she shall go on a serious run?

GUNNERS need to return to her fluent best. Bwoy did we miss Thomas Rosicky's energy and dribbling bursts. He may have fallen prey to nerves as did those who started - save Sagna - but his playing style does not change. The energy and the bursts are always there...rain or shine.

Dunny: Arsene did the right thing leaving out the German. Matters not his public excuse he just did not want him on the field against a team with such energy and pace as BoyU. BoyU plays a lot of long balls=triangular passes either side of center-backs that demand chases. BoyU mixes up the short and long game beautifully (Just lacks depth in player personnel this season - hence my expectation of 5th at end of the season).

...and the questions still remain on Giroud's and Arteta's quality. Giroud lost the ball so often in his last 3 games that it appears to the unknowing that he is deliberately playing for GUNNERS to lose/playing for the opponents.

Arteta in this largest of matches refused to provide attacking support. There were openings that even the blind could see were there to be exploited yet he remained anchored 'back'. Did Wenger forbid him to advance? His lack of provision of attacking support was 'crazy' act.

    Finally, Santi Cazorla?
Too many games he appears merely to 'make up numbers'...so it was in this game.

Should any manager continue to play or depend on a player who only shows up in every 4 games? I think not!
