    Man Utd boss David Moyes confirms Wayne Rooney is injured

    MANCHESTER UNITED boss David Moyes has confirmed Wayne Rooney has missed the Stoke game through injury.

    Rooney was not named in United's squad to face Stoke in tonight's League Cup quarterfinal tie, and speaking in his pre-match interview, Moyes revealed why.
    He told the press: "Wayne Rooney is injured."
    And when asked if he will be fit for the festive season, he answered: "We hope so."

    ~aaawww bwoy~ I hope that this is just press psychology and not true. Rooney needed the rest and the Capital One Cup is not a priority.

              Unless Moyes made an about turn he might not even see the need for upgrade.
              He has used Giggsy a lot this season hence it is only logical for him to at least desire finding a suitable replacement.He is going to. get a striker too.
              Unfortunately,I doubt he is interested in wingbacks abd defenders.
              X,Fletcher is going to demand better from his teammates.
