I am really not sure why folks are being so hard on him when MLS is a second rate league compared to the teams that are trying to sign him. He could end up in MLS if his career doesn't work or if the league continues its growth and is bigger by time he is a bg man, but right now he is on the path to bigger things.

Got you...and that comment by him was an astute one.
It speaks to both the local coaches and selectors knowledge of 'good player'.

Just look at the way our youth teams play...both at individual players performances and the TEAM performances. Hey...it is youth players who eventually become senior players.
