He was undermined at Newcastle and without the resources at Norwich. He was at a disadvantage every step of the way. Norwich's whole set up is for them to be regular title contenders in the Championship. Don't ridicule me but I think some teams are more comfortable and look better in the championship instead of up in the top league.
