    LONDON -- Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has challenged UEFA to come down hard on Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain after they were found to have broken Financial Fair Play [FFP] rules.

    For once I agree with Arsene Whiner. Platini and UEFA have shown that their bark is worse than their bite. Money rules their every decision.
