    SANTOS, Brazil (AP) — Costa Rica's football federation has sent a letter to FIFA demanding an explanation for why so many of its players were required to submit to anti-doping controls after a surprise victory over Italy.

      No that's not it. Brasil did not go through qualification hence they could not make serious assessment. If Brazil had to qualify; the ties and the loss would come in then you would see Robinho and Dinho on the team. Not even if Binho & Dinho had the flu they would have done something with the ball in the Mexico game.

      Brasil beat Brasil again.
