Karl, Podolski is not a central striker, he plays off the left while Giroud is a target man. The role at Arsenal needs someone with workrate who can hold the ball up bringing others into play in that sense Giroud is more accomplished. Podolski is an excellent finisher but needs more to his game to play as a no 9 at the top level.Originally posted by Karl View PostComment
