    He was tagged in a message that read: "Maybe QPR will sign a good CB (centre back) they need one" and wrote back: "get ya mum in, plays the field well son! #sket" - a Jamaican slang word.


    Ferdinand, who made the last of his 81 appearances for England in June 2011, is a member of FA chairman Greg Dyke's commission looking at how to improve English football.

    Ironic Paul, I don't even know the term "Sket". a must British "Skettel" that. How the British a suspend man bout Jamaican cultural term????

        that was a question fi you. LOL!!. Show that them nah care what culture or language. There is no cultural sensitivity there. If Sket means skettel, him can hold a game ban.

          LOL!!! Nice try. I don't think that's why they banned him - in any form of English, when you tell a man "get your mum, she's good at playing the field" it really doesn't take a stretch to heng him as leveling an insult. Doubt that "#sket" had anything to do with his ban - STILL!~ Dem is evil!!!
