What the ites dem think, do you think a Simon Bolivar Cup once every four years in Miami, a two group tournament with Venezuela, Haiti, Panama, Jamaica, Columbia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru all countries touched and influenced by Bolivar himself.

Best part is that there are significant populations of Jamaicans, Haitians, Venezuelans, Columbians and Panamanians in Miami/South Florida.
